How do I use a coupon code?

Please check the terms of use and expiration date, then enter the code on the checkout screen.

Can I use coupons and points together?

It cannot be used in conjunction with points, and only one discount can be used at a time.

Free shipping is not available even if you purchase more than 5,500 yen.

If you use a coupon or other discount, shipping will be free if the discounted amount is 5,500 yen or more.

I received a shipping notification, but the item hasn't arrived yet

Delivery times may be delayed due to weather conditions, etc.
We are unable to answer questions regarding delivery status, so please contact the delivery company for assistance.

How do I pay for a Pay Later order?

You can pay by direct debit or convenience store payment through the Paidy app. Please note that we do not send you an invoice.

Can I issue a receipt?

As a general rule, the statement of the payment company used when placing your order will serve as your receipt.

Are you an invoicing business?

Can I provide gift wrapping?

We are very sorry but we are unable to accommodate your request.

Cancellation and Returns Policy

We take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products, but in the unlikely event that a product is defective or damaged, we will offer a refund or exchange.

Skin problems occurred

If you experience itching, redness, a rash, swelling, or irritation after using cosmetics, discontinue use. Continuing to use cosmetics may worsen the symptoms.

If your skin condition does not improve even after you stop using the product, please consult a dermatologist. In general, it is said that skin problems caused by cosmetics are likely to occur during times such as seasonal changes, after sunburn, menstruation, pregnancy, childbirth, and menopause.

We recommend that you read the instruction manual carefully and perform a patch test before use.

What is the difference between official imports, parallel imports, and personal imports?

Genuine imported goods are products that are imported and sold through official channels by signing a sales agency contract in Japan directly with the Korean brand (manufacturer).

Our store only sells genuine imported products whose ingredients have been verified in accordance with Japan's Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Act.

Parallel imports are not guaranteed in terms of quality or authenticity as they are imported through formal import procedures.

Personal imports are transactions in which goods are shipped directly from overseas to individuals in Japan via international mail or other means.

When will out of stock items be restocked?

A registration form for stock notification will be displayed on the out-of-stock product page. Please register your email address and we will notify you when the product is back in stock.

Arrival notifications must be registered for each product.

Membership registration is free, and there are no joining fees or annual fees.
Your name, email address and password are required.

Guest Member: Customers who have not registered for our newsletter or placed an order.
