Return and Refund Policy
⇒We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for any reason.
Examples of cases in which returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not possible
Returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer's own reasons such as wrong image, wrong degree, order error, or duplicate order.
Products that have been damaged or soiled by the customer.
Products that have been in the warehouse for more than 5 business days after arrival.
Merchandise that has been used or opened at least once.
Products whose outer box is soiled to the extent that it does not interfere with the use of the product.
Merchandise returned to our store due to long-term absence or refusal to receive by the customer, incomplete shipping address, etc. We will charge you for the shipping cost for resending the product.
⇒If the product is defective or we have made a delivery error, the product can be returned or exchanged.

The product you ordered is different from the one you received.
The outer box of the product is damaged to the extent that it does not interfere with the use of the product.
If any of the above applies to your order, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt of your order.
Please contact us with your name, order number, and details of the defective product within 5 business days of receipt of the product using the Contact Us Form. We will confirm the status of the defective item and provide you with instructions on how to exchange it. We will bear the shipping costs for returning the product.
We will not accept exchanges or returns of items that are received after 5 business days from the date of delivery or without prior notification. Also, please stop using the defective product and keep it for a while, as it will need to be exchanged with the manufacturer.
