Shipping policy

We will ship within 5 business days after your order in principle, and we will do our best to deliver to you as soon as possible, so please be patient until the product arrives. In addition, some items may take longer than 2 weeks to ship, such as sale items.

If the product is out of stock at the manufacturer, we may take some time.
Please pick up your package within 7 days after you receive the shipment confirmation e-mail from us. Each delivery store has a 7-day storage period. If delivery is not completed by the storage deadline, the parcel will be returned to our store.
Orders returned through no fault of our store will not be eligible for a refund.
A separate reshipment fee of 880 yen (tax included) must be paid to reship returned items. *For overseas orders, the shipping fee is determined by the region.
Orders that are reshipped during the limited time campaign may not be eligible for the campaign.
The product may have been sold out or out of stock when the reshipment fee is paid.


The main reasons for incomplete delivery are as follows

The item did not fit in the mailbox.
⇒In the case of a mailbox delivery method, the mailbox is full of other mail at the time of delivery and cannot be filled.
Long-term absence
⇒The mail was not delivered for a long period of time. Please make arrangements for re-delivery based on the absence notification form that will be posted in the mailbox when the package is not available.
Unknown address, unknown destination
⇒If the delivery address information is incomplete (input error, missing room number, missing street address, wrong nameplate, moved to a new address, etc.), please contact the delivery store and make arrangements for re-delivery. Please contact the delivery store to correct the address and arrange for redelivery.
Refusal to receive
⇒The delivery has not been completed due to a refusal to receive by the delivery company. Cancellations due to customer reasons (change of mind, order error, etc.) after shipment will not be accepted at all, so please contact the delivery store to arrange for re-delivery.
